Returns & Exchanges

Every H4RDV4ULT item is made to order with care here in the heart of the Gower, Swansea.  We want you to love your item as much as we loved creating it.  Please note that as every item is hand pressed some designs may vary.

RETURNS

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery if it arrives faulty or not as described.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

To arrange a return, please use our contact form with your order number.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size or style, we'll happily arrange an exchange (Subject to availability).

HOW TO START A RETURN

Simply complete the contact form with your order details, and we will guide you through the rest of the process.  Refunds can take 7 to 14 days upon us receiving the item bing returned.
